Fresh Flowers

Refund Policy: All fresh items are made to order and we do not accept returns on fresh flowers.  All tributes are made by Stems Uk (New Covent Garden) using the freshest flowers bought daily for each individual order.  We do not hold old stock of flowers.  Your flowers will be exactly as pictured (very rarely we may have to substitute a particular flower due to availability).  Please buy with total confidence.

 

Artificial Flowers

Refund Policy: All tributes are made to order by Stems Uk (New Covent Garden) with great care and attention to detail.  If there is a problem with your item please contact us upon receipt so we can try to rectify it.  In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours to organise a replacement.  Returns are strictly at our discretion and must be returned in its original packaging within 3 working days of receipt using a tracked service.  Postage is non-refundable.
