What areas do you deliver to?

FRESH FLOWERS

We work from our private studios in Hastings, East Sussex and London therefore we offer deliveries locally for all fresh flower orders. We also cover the areas in between including Surrey, West Sussex, Kent and Essex.

SILK FLOWERS

Silk flowers are delivered all over the UK by our trusted couriers. If you fall within our local areas, we will hand deliver to you.

FRAMES AND PROPS

Frames are hand delivered by us if you are local to us. We also send out via courier but we limited by what size can be posted.

If you are in doubt about delivery options, please contact us for help.

How soon can you deliver?

FRESH FLOWERS

We purchase flowers for each individual order, therefore we do not hold extra stock and require 3 days notice minimum.

SILK FLOWERS

We can send these out within 48 hours, please allow a further 48 hours for delivery excluding weekends.

FRAMES AND PROPS

Depending on the complexity of the design or item, we require between 3-10 days notice

Can I specify what time you deliver?

FRESH FLOWERS

Yes, we work closely with you to ensure that flowers are delivered in a timely manner. We can hand deliver as early or as late as you may require them, please speak to us if you have a specific request.

SILK FLOWERS

If we are personally delivering them to you we can give you an exact time slot, if our courier is delivering you will be given tracking details.

FRAMES AND PROPS

As above, if we hand deliver then yes, we will work closely with you to ensure you have an exact time slot. If a courier delivers you will be given tracking details but we are unable to make timed slots.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

Yes, please call us on 07976 617647 and we will be happy discuss and to take your order over the phone and you can make payment by bank transfer.

Who will make my flower arrangement?

At Stems UK, we are a team of highly skilled, experienced florists.

Each bloom is conditioned by hand and arranged with care and attention to detail.

We are not part of a chain or network of florists and have a client base of repeat customers that has grown by word of mouth.

Please buy online with confidence or call and speak to one of us about your requirements.

Can I include a personal message with flowers?

Yes, absolutely. You can add a custom message at checkout. We’ll handwrite it on a card and include it with your arrangement. If you need help with what to write please see our card messages page for inspiration.

How do I know which flowers are appropriate for a funeral?

When deciding to choose farewell flowers while nodding to tradition is heartfelt, it is also important to reflect suitably on your relationship and the personality of the deceased. Our collection is carefully curated to suit a variety of preferences.

Typically immediate relatives or close friends will select an arrangement to adorn the coffin, this may be from our coffin collection.

Name tributes traditionally travel in the windows or on the roof of the hearse.

Arrangements such as wreaths, pillows, crosses are a considered formal arrangement from close family or friends.

Posies and sheaves are suitable as a small gesture of condolences.

Baskets are a suitable alternative that can be easily taken away for the family to enjoy after the service.

We work very closely with our clients that may wish us to create a bespoke tribute in all sorts of shapes that may reflect the deceased hobby or simply something fitting to their personality so if you have an idea or wish to discuss something do get in touch and we wil try to bring your vision to the farewell.
