Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot post fresh funeral flowers.  If you live outside of our designated delivery areas, we can organise to meet you half-way, please call us for further information.  Alternatively, you are welcome to collect or organise your own courier.

Where should your funeral tributes be delivered to?

FUNERAL DIRECTOR - Tributes are traditionally sent to the funeral directors so they can travel in the hearse or carriage.  A courtesy call will be made to the funeral director prior to delivery and they will advise us of the time slot for delivery.  If the funeral takes place early morning we may deliver the previous day but we will always notify you and obtain your consent first. 

RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS - Alternatively, you may prefer the tributes to be delivered to a residential address.  We can deliver as early as you like, from 5am.

As we personally hand deliver all fresh flower tributes, we will endeavour to send you a text message to confirm the delivery has taken place.

Delivery Of Artificial Flowers.

Artificial flowers are delivered by our dedicated 24hr courier service. 

All tributes are carefully cellophane wrapped and packaged using sturdy cardboard boxes.

We can send them to any residential address or funeral director within the UK.

If you are ordering the letter tributes, please be advised the frame is complete with removable brackets, which can be attached to keep the frame upright.  Please note: you will need to attach the brackets yourself, most funeral directors will do this for you.  Larger tributes such as the GRANDAD, BROTHER etc may be in two halves, which easily slot together.

We work in partnership with our trusted overnight courier service delivering Monday - Friday.  The service provided is usually next day by 4pm.  If you live in a remote area this may be extended.  You can call us at anytime and we will track your item.  Please contact us for further information.
