Frequently asked questions
Frequently Asked Questions when ordering funeral flowers
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, call us on 020 7622 3300 or 07976 617647 and we will take all of the details and you can pay by your preferred method.
How long do the tributes last?
Fresh tributes can last a couple of weeks but this depends greatly on weather conditions and positioning, you can mist the flowers with a water sprayer to help keep them fresh. The artificial tributes can last 2-3 months or longer depending on weather conditions and positioning.
Will the flowers that I order be exactly as they are in the photo?
Unless you would like us to change a colour, flower or alter the size, your flowers will be exactly as they are in the photos. We buy the required amount of flowers for each individual order and do not hold old stock of flowers. Very rarely we may have to substitute a particular flower but this will be of the same or greater value.
What happens to the flowers after the funeral?
For burials, flowers are placed around the grave. After a cremation the flowers are placed in the cloister area for approximately one week depending on the crematorium.
When do I have to pay for the flowers?
We require payment in full upon placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can buy online using Visa or Mastercard, sorry, we do not accept Amex. You can also pay by cash in person, which must be paid in full upon ordering. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
Can I have a receipt?
Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward you a full vat receipt for goods supplied.
Do you giftwrap the flowers?
We do not giftwrap fresh flowers for funerals, they will be delivered exactly as they are shown in the photos. Silk flowers are securely wrapped in clear cellophane and boxed for delivery.
Another florist has let me down, can you make me a funeral tribute for tomorrow morning?
We have access to fresh flowers 24 hours a day, if we have the time we can make tributes with very short notice, call or text us as soon as you can.
Can I specify what time the flowers are delivered?
Our dedicated courier delivers all artificial flowers and they normally deliver between 8am-4pm weekdays. You can request to have them arrive by 9am or 12noon but this is an expensive option, call 020 7622 3300 for more details. Fresh flowers will be delivered within good time for the funeral, usually a minimum of two hours prior to the service, although we prefer and usually deliver much earlier.
